The second retort is upside down and sized to act as a plate to place the cups on 'inside' the machine; the book acts as a base. takes some fiddling to size everything until it fits. The flamethrower is sized down and sunk until only the revolving light and a socket are showing.

a more mechanical-looking version can be easily made by exchanging the open box with 'Small Mechanical Crate', the crate has a sunken square section on one side that looks great instead of the opening of the box and leaves enough space to place the cup properly.
