House: Purple Simple Roof, Stonework, Purple Mage Tower, Shuttered Windows and Purple Simple Dormers.
Hover the house up, cover the underside with Bel'Ameth Large Platforms and use Razorwind Acacia Trees at 200% to make tree platform.
Bel'Ameth Pillars for staircases. I also lined the large platforms with Bel'Ameth Pillars to make them neater and provide a space for fences.
Suramar Fences and Fenceposts; Bel'Ameth Crafter Tents and Arcan'Dor Cutting Fountain. Draenei Stargazer's Telescope on platform by falls.
