About This Build
This waterfall mainly uses some Stonework Fountain surrounded by Flat Boulder, Hilltop Boulder, and Round-Top Boulder, along with a variety of greenery. The same concept may work with other fountains such as Overgrown Wildhammer Fountain , as well as other boulders. Be sure to scale up the fountains to 200%.

Check out this additional video that uses Elven Standing Mirror to have a river or lake, with dyes to change the color of the water.
