I was inspired by many others who have built fabulous fish tanks / aquariums and wanted to do something a bit different and make a Terrarium for my Murloc and Raptor plushies.
I have included all items used below. You can put up a small room if you wished to make this bigger and add more or you can use the wall like I did as that is really all that was needed to sink the Orgrimmar Bureaucrat's Desk which is flipped on its side into the wall leaving only the trunk of the tree showing.
The build:
You can probably consider tables or cabinets as your base but I felt the use of the Golden Loa's Altar fit for me.
The sides are 4 beams shrunk down to 50% and put in position in all 4 corners. The 2 large platforms form the top and meet each other (you could prob use small but I preferred the look of the larger beams for me).
I placed the Orgrimmar Bureaucrat's Desk on its side and hid it entirely in the wall minus the trunk. I placed my plushies to get the size I wanted for all 3 items to match.
I added my choice of flowers which in my case was the cactus clusters around the trunk of the desk and silvermoon sunrise bushes, 2 on either side. Again, go with coloured flowers and bushes of your choice here.
A slate cobble stone is placed below the log/trunk and dyed Zephras Blue to look like water. I also then added the Cobblestone Path Arc around the water area and the founder's point grass is placed here to complete the look.
This is an open box so to mimic the look of glass the trick is the use of the Goldshire Windows -- one is posed pointing down and hiding in the top beams, and one is pointed up and hiding in the base. Then I just moved them into position to overlap with the light to mimic a glass reflection. The ivy was added around the top to make it not look like just "a box".
Optional: I added a crate at the top of the box area to be a placer for like food. You don't have to include this as such I have not included it in the materials used.
I hope this helps anyone else looking to do something similar but different from the popular aquariums. :D
